The property consisted of an undeveloped parcel of approximately 2 acres. which Ron and Travis entitled for a 27 unit garden style apartment. This property was purchased for $285,000 in 2020 and was taken to permit ready stage prior to being sold. The property was sold in September 2021 for $1,100,000 and is currently under construction.
