The City of Las Vegas has recently approved the land entitlements and rezoning for 607 S 8th Street 0.68 acres of residential land in Las Vegas, NV. The project will include 113 residential units, 3 stories of covered parking, and modern amenities, bringing a unique residential space to a growing sector of downtown Las Vegas.

Southwest Urban Ventures has recently entered a purchase contract to acquire 0.68 acres of residential land in Las Vegas, NV. Planning is currently underway to develop the site with four stories of residential over two levels of parking. Once complete the project will be comprised of roughly 113 residential units.

Southwest Urban Ventures has recently acquired 5 acres of multifamily land in Phoenix, AZ and is currently planning the site. Once complete, the development will be comprised of 80 to 100 residential units including a community park, pool and modern amenities.

Recent Acquisition – 7th Street, Phoenix
Southwest Urban Ventures has recently acquired 1.75 acres of residential land in Phoenix, AZ and is currently undergoing planning for new construction. Conceptual drawings are now complete for a modern 27 unit apartment complex. The Proposed complex will be a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom units with a community park space, pool and modern amenities.

New Addition - Clark Studio Apartments
Clark Studio consists of 43 studio units and 1 one-bedroom unit in four single story apartment buildings. The community is conveniently positioned in the newly renovated area of downtown Las Vegas. The renovation plan for this property is currently underway, with a full interior and exterior remodel planned in order to update the project and capitalize on the transitional neighborhood.
