Ron Cadman is one of the directors of Southwest Urban Ventures. He works on multifamily construction, apartment acquisitions, commercial property development and operations, as well as land banking and development.
Travis Cadman has experienced many facets of the real estate world - from single-family construction/sales, multifamily; acquisition, entitlement, repositioning, construction and property management.
Chad Butler has been a key member of Southwest Urban Ventures for over 15 years. He blends his extensive experience in real estate construction, investment, and management with a robust educational background in technology. His unique perspective has been instrumental in steering the company towards sustainable property developments. Under his guidance, Southwest Urban Ventures is at the fore front of integrating smart home technologies, electric vehicle (EV) support, solar energy, and other advanced technological services into our projects.
Vickie Bailey has over 20 years of experience at Southwest Urban Ventures. She has been pivotal in the company’s financial management. Her expertise encompasses senior accounting, cost control, and budgeting, crucial for overseeing the financial aspects of all projects and ensuring their fiscal efficiency and integrity.
